• 9:45 am          Open Mic, Testimonials and music throughout the day
• 10:45 am        Activity 1 – Wonderful Meditative Art Activity for Children and Adults. Rock painting project
• 11:45 am         Activity 2 – Clanship Bingo Game
• 12:45 pm         Introduction of the Wellness Activity Bike Run – Anthony Lee
• 1:00 pm          Activity 3 – Wellness Bike Run
